The maximum standard time to resolve the inquiries received is three business days. If the information required includes historical data that is not immediately available, the response could take a bit longer, but in this case IRC will advise you of the exception.

IRC is in charged of attending, resolve and canalize all the inquiries from investors, bank analysts and/or financial entities, and organize all contact activities directed to this users group; while the Press Office is in charge of the attention to the Press and journalists that require to be in contact with the Minister s Office.

IRC is the formal channel of The Ministry of Finance of Public Credit to deliver and receive information directed to investors. However, IRC is joining efforts with other National entities to pursue the unification of formats and speech.

No. IRC's functions will only be focused on giving information related to public debt to those investors interested in this matter.

No. IRC will only provide information about the investment projects managed by the Investment Banking Division of the Ministry of Finance.

Is the IRC an authorized entity to negotiate investments?

No. IRC only provides information about public debt and other economic and fiscal figures produced by the Ministry of Finance that are important for investors in their investment decision making process.

Since IRC provides general   information mainly about the National Government debt and other topics   pertaining to the Directorate of Public Credit and the National Treasury of the   Ministry of Finance, IRC will focused its efforts to clarify and answer every   inquiry related to these particular topics.

However, it is important to   mention that the inquiries received by IRC will not be considered as rights of   petition as it is indicated in the Constitution and the XX article of the   Colombian Administrative Law Contentious Code. All the queries that pretend to   be rights of petition must be sent directly to the user mailbox at the Ministry   of Finance and Public Credit.
